Zion Concept FAQ V1.1
Q: Is Zion Concept reliable?
A: Zion Concept is stationed in an "active feedback" environment, Facebook. If we screw things up and can't offer a satisfied rectification to our customers, you 'll see them on walls everywhere. We welcome feedbacks and will also strive to maintain our product's quality and service standards.
Q: How do Zion Concept ensure that their pricing is always competitive compared to all those printers out there?
A: We understand that there are lots of competitors out there today. Therefore, our business plan consists of mainly cost-effective operations. Namely, free web presence in Facebook, free emailing tools from Gmail, low cost overseas printers, no high rental cost for office, shop space or storage spaces. That is why our price can be even lower than a lot of local-based printers.
Q: How long is the delivery lead time?
A: Normally it takes about 10-15 working days upon confirmation of design and payment. The main bottle neck here is the shipping of goods from our oversea factory. The cost of shipping 300 T-shirt and 30 T-shirt is the same. Would you want to bear the overall cost of the shipping or have it split with other assignments that we are printing? To prevent passing the additional shipping cost to you, we always try to ship as many assignment together as possible. That explains why some assignment might take a longer time to deliver than the rest.
Q: What is the minimum quantity needed to engage Zion Concept's services?
A: To be frank, we do not have a minimum quantity. Our target customer group is actually assignments of smaller quantity <100. Our pricing is actually very attractive for all such orders, once the quantity goes up to the hundreds level, our price will be more or less similar to local printers. When the quantity is huge, we will encounter problems in finding storage space during the delivery transit. That will increase the cost considerably. But if you have huge orders, no harm getting a quote from us for comparison purposes.
Q: How about the mode of payment?
A: We accept payments through Cheque Payment, Bank Transfer & Paypal. You would need to pay in full upon confirmation. An official receipt will be issued for tracking & record purposes.
Q: In what format should the artworks be in?
A: Artworks should come in this formats; *.bmp, *.gif, *.jpg, *.tif, *.psd, *.eps, *.ai, high resolution of at least 300dpi. There might be extra charges should clean-up work is required for your art work. Normally it is within $10 - $20. We will notify you before hand, no worries.

Cheapest & Fastest? Ya right. BUT...........
Cheapest?
Let me be honest with you. I don't think Zion Concept offers the 'cheapest' printing service in town. Firstly, we're only a small setup.
We do not have
-large capital to order huge quantity to push down our supplier's price,
- neither do we own anywarehouse to store any bulk supplies.
But we do try our best to push our running cost to as low as possible.
- No officialwebsite with costly domains,
- No specialpaid email addresses and
- Norental for office.
Just Facebook, Blogspot, gmail and a simple mailing address.
And because we're a small setup, every single customer, enquiry, phone call is IMPORTANT to our survival. I believed we can offer a more personalized and thoughtful service to our customers (You!), while offering an equally competitive price due to our low cost and simple setup! We focus on being cost-effective!
Fastest?
We're also not the fastest around. I'm sorry that we can't offer you our services if you need your job to be printed urgently. :'( But do let us know your need-by-date for your printing assignment, we'll explore all possibilities before saying 'No'.
As we're using off-shores printer (another cost saving factor), there is a certain fixed time frame we have to follow due to shipping schedules. Would you prefer having the shipping cost being added to just your order, or have it shared with all our other customers? Bulk shipping will greatly reduce the cost for your printing job!
Another reason why we refrain from passing assignments on tight schedules to our printer is that, anything that is done in a rush, might end up being poorly done. We do not want to compromise on the quality of printing done for our customer.
Therefore a standard lead time is between 10-15 working days.
But on the other hand, if there isn't a long queue of assignments in the printer's factory, and we finish your assignment earlier than expected, we'll deliver to you right away too! We need the cash from completed assignments for tomorrow's lunch too! :p
